I think anyone can make art, but people we call “artists” are usually those who dedicate themselves to creating and sharing it. For me, art comes from both innate ability and acquired skill. Some people are naturally creative, but without practice and learning, their talent might stay hidden. At the same time, skills gained through training and experience help artists bring their ideas to life.
The role of the artist also changes depending on culture. In some places, artists are seen as storytellers who keep traditions alive, while in others, they are more like innovators who challenge ideas and inspire change. With today’s digital world, artists can even connect different cultures and bring people together through their work.
So, I’d say art is a mix of talent, effort, and cultural context—and that’s what makes it so interesting.
