Who makes art?
Art can be made by anyone, not just professionals. While we often think of "artists" as people who create full-time, any person who uses creativity to express an idea or emotion can be considered an artist.

Do artists have an innate ability or acquired skill (or both)?
I believe it’s both. Some people are naturally gifted with creativity or visual thinking, but skills can definitely be learned and improved through practice, training, and experience.

How does the role of the artist change with different cultural considerations?
In some cultures, artists are seen as spiritual guides, storytellers, or preservers of tradition. In others, artists might be viewed as critics of society, entertainers, or trendsetters. The meaning and purpose of art changes depending on the cultural values and needs of the society.
