My art journey

I create art both digitally and traditionally, and I also enjoy various crafts. My hobbies include painting, sketching, and coloring, whether on a screen or a canvas. I also love cutting art for school projects, calligraphy, and designing.

My artistic style isn't consistent; it depends on my current situation and mood. I sometimes experience art blocks, but my goal is to develop a consistent style in realism. My family and friends are my biggest supporters and motivators. My family's support has been unwavering, and my friends have boosted my confidence in drawing.

I began drawing in fourth grade, primarily focusing on girl characters and houses with the same structure but different designs. I remember adding bushes to the houses, which I considered my dream homes. My classmates' compliments on my house drawings flattered me and motivated me to keep going. Seeing my passion for drawing, my mother bought me a sketchpad, and that's when my artistic journey truly began.

I wasn't able to focus on my art in fifth and sixth grades due to academics, but I started practicing again in seventh grade during the pandemic. This practice continued, and in tenth grade, I began entering poster-making contests. I won five times in our school, which qualified me for a division-wide competition. Unfortunately, I wasn't as prepared as I needed to be since the announcement was sudden, but I wasn't discouraged. I entered another poster-making contest in eleventh grade and became a champion again.

I've used my artistic talents for school participation, like helping my classmates design and create gowns for a contest. I was so happy that my designs were appreciated. Now in twelfth grade, I'm applying my artistic skills to graphic design, and I can confidently say I've improved a lot over the years.
