I believe anyone can make art. While some artists may have an innate talent like a natural eye for composition or a gift for expressing emotion skill is often developed through practice, study, and experimentation. Art isn't limited to those with formal training; it's a form of communication that can come from anyone with a desire to express something meaningful.
Agreed, based on my own experience. Not saying I have a super hidden talent, but creating paintings came more natural to me in comparison to dancing or sport. Yet I do need formal training and of course putting in the hours and just creating.
