My definition would be much the same. I would also include the human element. I would add the different types of art and the purposes of those types, i.e., fine art, pop art, and decorative art. I would add that art evolves over time, just as humans do. The definition of art could also include emotions evoked by art.
I think my definition includes both subjective and objective perspectives.
