I agree that Art has aesthetic value and is tied to perception, culture, and experience of life. Art, to me, is how others see the world, and how I see the world. When I look at another person's art, I try to see it through their eyes, and then my own. I agree that it is a medium of personal perspective, mostly tied to one's own experience, emotion, and view of the world. Art has aesthetic value expressed by the artist's perception and shared through the viewer's interpretation.
