Thank you for sharing that—I really relate to your appreciation for art as a viewer. There’s something so powerful about being in the presence of great work, especially when you’ve had the chance to experience it in cities like New York and L.A., where there’s such a wide range of styles and voices.

I also admire your honesty about not considering yourself an artist—yet still finding joy and meaning in those community college classes. Sometimes we underestimate how much “doing” art, even casually, can deepen our connection to it. I think it’s beautiful that you’re open to choosing it one day. Art will always be there waiting if and when you do.

And honestly, being in awe of artists is a kind of artistry in itself—being able to recognize and feel moved by what others create is part of what gives art its meaning.
