I honestly believe that just about anybody could make art, it is just a matter of what they decide to use when it comes to the things that they are creating that would be considered to be art at that particular time. I think that if a person is going to be considered to be an artist of any kind that they would have to have some form of ability and skill to show how artistic they could actually be during the time that they are creating the things that would eventually be considered to be art in some way, shape, or form. The role of the artist could change with different cultural considerations because different cultures would see things in a different way. For example, if an artist is depicting a baseball game in the painting that they are doing they would see these things differently if they were in a different country since there are some places that would not necessarily have anything to do with this particular sport.
