How Art Found Me Before I Found It

I grew up in an environment where art was always a part of daily life, though not in a formal or academic way. My earliest connection to art came through my family—especially my father. When we were living as migrants in Iran, despite all the hardships, he would encourage me to work with pen and paper, to draw and write whatever came to mind.

Later in school and university, my interest in art became more serious—especially when I got introduced to design, color theory, and aesthetics. Alongside my studies, I was constantly creating graphic designs—from logos and posters to video and media projects.

I mainly work with digital tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and sometimes After Effects, because it’s both my job and my passion. My design style depends on the project, but I always try to keep a sense of emotion, identity, and simplicity in my work.

Most of the art I make is for clients or media audiences, but sometimes I create just for myself—as a way to calm my mind. Even when I’m tired, designing helps me feel like myself again.

To be honest, I’ve always wished to learn traditional painting with real brushes and canvas someday—not just digital. I believe there's something deeply human about touching real paint that digital tools can’t quite replicate.
