Art can be created by anyone, not just professionally trained individuals. While some artists may have an innate sense of creativity or visual understanding, the ability to make meaningful art is often developed through practice, study, and experience. In my opinion, both natural talent and acquired skill play a role in the growth of an artist. Cultural context also greatly influences the role of the artist. In some cultures, artists serve as spiritual guides or preservers of tradition, while in others they may act as activists, critics, or innovators. As societies evolve, so does the meaning and purpose of art. This shows that being an artist is not just about talent, but also about how one responds to the world around them
