Who makes art?

Art can be made by anyone—professional artists, hobbyists, or even people who don’t consider themselves artists. I believe art is a universal form of expression, open to all who want to create.

I agree that art can be made by anyone—whether you're a trained professional, a hobbyist, or someone just exploring creativity. Art isn’t limited to museums or galleries; it can be found in everyday life, from graffiti and handmade crafts to music, dance, and digital media. I believe art is a universal form of expression that allows people to share their thoughts, emotions, and culture, regardless of skill level. What matters most is the intention and meaning behind the creation, not whether it's considered "high art."
