My first exposure to art had to be from PBS! Different shows like Mr. Rogers Neighborhood, Reading Rainbow and of course the legend, Bob Ross himself! Then when I started elementary school, we went to art museums on field trips and as an adult, I started painting on canvas via paint and sip events. After that, I just stared painting all the time every chance I got. I'm still amazed by the things the human mind and hands can create! I enjoy creating art. My favorite medium is acrylic paint because it dries quickly and I want the instant gratification of a completed work. Even so, some pieces have taken well over a month to complete. I also enjoy oil pastels. I see some people have shared their artwork here so I'm excited to see the creations!
