So I agree with the definition of art. It is ones expression. Actually as much I have seen artistic people are more introvert. They are not socially active. Because they convers with their artforms. They express themselves by their art. Art is ones way to communicate with people. So it is tangible and intangible thing. And yes our culture is way to explore arts. If you see artforms of some states you will come to know their culture.
