Who makes art? Anyone can make art
Do you think artists have an innate ability or acquired skill (or both)? I think crafters practice their craft just like a sportsman. painters spend hours perfecting their lines, potters wreck pounds of clay until they have what they want, carvers tear wood. its all in themselves and their practice
How does the role of the artist change with different cultural considerations? the society and enviroments we grow up in shapes in part our thoughts and what we view as art therefor shaping how we would produce our own art.
