Do you agree with the definition of "art" in the previous description? No.
Why or why not? Art is interpretive, some people may see what is currently called "modern art" and hold it with high taste while others view it as a blight. Monet and van go were seen as "bad artist" during their times but look at what week view them as now.
What is missing? personality, in my opinion no one is going original stuff unless they're the street painters.
Does your definition come from a subjective or objective perspective? Objective because the only thing subjective I believe about are it the hard rules and even those are bent.
