I think anyone can make art — it’s a form of expression that’s open to everyone. Some artists might have a natural talent, but I believe skill is mostly developed through practice and learning. Culture also plays a big role; in some cultures, artists are seen as storytellers or historians, while in others they’re more focused on personal or political expression. The meaning and role of art can really change depending on where you are.
