The QM rubric serves multiple purposes in the education sector:

Use Case Description
Self-Review Course teams use the rubric to evaluate and improve their own courses before submitting for external review.
Quality Assurance Institutional quality assurance offices use QM standards as a framework for evaluating courses campus-wide.
